The Content section is where you maintain the reusable assets that power day-to-day trip planning and customer communications. Everything here exists once and is referenced from many bookings, itineraries, and documents.

Sections

  • Catalogue: Products, packages, and day templates used to build itineraries.
  • Library: Document templates, media, collections, knowledge base (Hub), and document intelligence.
  • Knowledge Base: The Hub for internal knowledge with AI search and chat.
  • Forms: Customer-facing forms for enquiries and data collection.
  • Places: Location directory used in itineraries, maps, and reports.
  • Media: The shared image and file library.

Most content is reusable across the whole organisation and respects member permissions, such as the ability to manage the Hub or the media library.
