Integrations

Tourbox connects with the external services your business already uses, and includes built-in AI capabilities that work across the platform.

External integrations are configured under Settings → Integrations. AI features have a dedicated settings page under Settings → AI.

What's available

Typical integration categories include:

• Email providers: Send and receive email through your provider so all communications are tracked.
• Payment processors: For receiving customer card payments.
• Tour operator platforms: Importing or syncing data with platforms like Vamoos.
• Identity / SSO: Single sign-on configuration.

Sections

• Vamoos: Importing bookings from Vamoos.
• AI Features: Document intelligence, text generation, semantic search, and chat.

Permissions

Connecting and disconnecting integrations requires the permission to manage integrations.
