Managing your Tourbox subscription, payment method, and invoice history.

Billing

The Billing page shows your current Tourbox subscription, what's included, and your payment history. Billing is processed through Paddle and supports multiple payment methods (card, direct debit, where available).

Managing billing requires the permission to manage the subscription and payment method.

Current plan

The page shows:

  • Plan name: Starter, Pro, or Business (your exact plan).
  • Billing cycle: Monthly or annual.
  • Next renewal date.
  • Price including any agreed discounts.
  • Included features: The features your plan gives you.
  • Usage: Where applicable, your usage of plan-limited features (AI runs, custom reports, members, etc.) against the included limits.

Changing plan

Click Change plan to upgrade or downgrade. Upgrades apply immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

Payment method

Update your card or direct debit details. Tourbox stores no card numbers; payment details are held by Paddle.

Invoice history

Every charge is listed with date, amount, and a downloadable PDF receipt.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to your data and the platform until then.

VAT and tax

Paddle handles VAT/sales tax automatically based on your billing address. Make sure your business name, address, and tax ID are up to date so invoices are issued correctly.
