The Booking P&L report breaks down every booking's financial outcome: what you charged the customer, what your suppliers actually cost, and the resulting margin.

Columns

  • Booking reference and customer.

  • Customer revenue (gross and net).
  • Supplier cost (planned and actual from received supplier documents).
  • Margin (absolute and percentage).
  • Variance: Difference between planned and actual supplier cost.

Drill-through

Click a row to see the underlying cost breakdown by supplier and itinerary item, so you can investigate where margin came from or where overruns happened.

Plan vs actual

The report distinguishes:

  • Planned cost: What the itinerary's catalogue blocks add up to.
  • Actual cost: What supplier documents actually invoiced.
