Targets
The Targets report lets you set sales targets (monthly, quarterly, annual) and tracks how the team is performing against them in real time.
Setting targets
Targets are configured per period and can be set:
- At organisation level: Total target across the business.
- Per owner / salesperson: Individual targets that sum to the org target.
Each target has:
- A period (month / quarter / year).
- A metric: Net revenue, gross revenue, or booking count.
- A value.
Tracking attainment
The report shows for the current period:
- Target value.
- Actual value to date.
- % attainment.
- Forecast: Linear projection to end-of-period based on current pace.
- Variance: Difference between actual and target.
Per-owner breakdown is shown when the organisation has multiple owners.
Dashboard widget
A condensed target tracker also appears on the dashboard.
