Communications Report

The Communications report quantifies your team's outbound and inbound communications: how many emails are being sent, by whom, how quickly the team replies, and how messages are distributed across bookings.

Metrics

  • Sent volume by channel and team member.
  • Received volume.
  • Average response time: time from receiving a message to replying.
  • Per-booking volume: average messages per booking.
  • Template usage: which email templates are most used.

Filters

  • Date range.
  • Channel: email, SMS, in-app.
  • Team member.

Use cases

  • Spot bookings with unusually low or high communication volume (possible neglect or escalation).
  • Compare response times across the team to keep service consistent.
