Metrics
- Total customers with a confirmed booking.
- Lifetime value (LTV): average revenue per customer.
- Repeat rate: percentage of customers with more than one confirmed booking.
- Average days between trips for repeat customers.
- Top customers by LTV: drillable list.
Segmentation
Customers are segmented by:
- Tag: categories you've assigned.
- Source: original enquiry channel.
- First-booking year.
- Country / region.
Each segment shows count, average LTV, and revenue contribution.
Filters
- Date range: period for revenue inclusion.
- Tags.
- Currency.
