Saved Reports

Saved Reports is your library of custom reports: useful queries you want to re-run regularly without rebuilding from scratch each time.

What's listed

  • Report name.
  • Description.
  • Created by and created at.
  • Last run.
  • Visibility: private to you or shared with the organisation.

Working with saved reports

  • Run: execute the report with current data.
  • Edit: update the prompt, columns, or filters.
  • Duplicate: use as a starting point for a new report.
  • Share: make available to the rest of your organisation.
  • Delete: remove the saved report (does not affect data).

Permissions

Reports respect viewer permissions when run, so a shared report may show different results to different members based on what each can see.
