Connecting and managing external services like Vamoos and email providers.

Integrations Settings

The Integrations page in Settings lists every external service Tourbox can connect to, with the connection status of each.

Managing integrations requires the permission to manage integrations.

Integration cards

For each integration you'll see a card showing:

  • Service name and logo.
  • Status: Connected or Not Connected.
  • Last sync time (where applicable).
  • A Connect / Disconnect button.
  • A Configure link to integration-specific settings.

Typical integrations

  • Vamoos: Import bookings. See Vamoos.
  • Email providers: Connect your outbound email so messages send from your real address with tracking. Supported providers depend on your plan.
  • Payment processors: Connect a payment provider (e.g. Stripe) to accept customer card payments.
  • Identity / SSO: Configure single sign-on for your organisation.

Disconnecting

Disconnecting an integration stops further syncing or sending through it. Historical data already imported or sent is preserved.

Status and errors

If a connection breaks (expired credentials, revoked permissions), the card shows an error state with details and a re-connect action.
