Dashboard

The dashboard is the landing page after login. It gives a real-time read on your business and surfaces the items most likely to need attention today.

KPI cards

The top of the dashboard shows headline metric cards:

  • Total Revenue: Recognised revenue across confirmed and authorised bookings, with trend comparisons against the prior period and the same period last year.
  • New Bookings: Count of bookings created in the current period.
  • Target Progress: How you're tracking against the current month's revenue or booking target (configured in Reports → Targets).
  • Pipeline value: Total value of active enquiries and bookings not yet confirmed.

The comparison period for each card respects the date range filter at the top of the dashboard.

Widgets

Below the KPIs are interactive widgets:

Upcoming Departures

A calendar view of departures in the coming weeks. Useful for operations to plan welcome calls, document checks, and arrival logistics.

(Available on plans with advanced finance.) Supplier invoices that are due or overdue for payment, with quick links to record payment.

Target tracker

Date range filter

The dashboard filters apply to revenue and trend widgets. Choose This Week, This Month, This Quarter, This Year, or a custom range.

Refresh

Each widget has its own refresh control and shows a loading state while updating. The dashboard does not auto-refresh. Switching tabs or using the refresh control will pull the latest data.

Permissions

Widgets are hidden if the current user lacks the underlying permission. For example, members without finance access won't see Overdue Payables.
