Where your leads come from, broken down by source and marketing source.
Enquiry Sources
The Enquiry Sources report shows the volume and quality of leads coming in, grouped by source (web form, email, phone, manual, referral) and marketing source (free-text sub-source like specific campaigns).
What it shows
- Total enquiries by source.
- Conversion rate: Percentage of enquiries from each source that became confirmed bookings.
- Revenue attributed to each source (from bookings that started as those enquiries).
- Average value of a converted booking by source.
A breakdown by marketing source within each source is available via drill-down.
Filters
- Date range.
- Owner.
- Tags.
Why it matters
This is the headline report for marketing attribution. Sources that bring in lots of enquiries but few bookings can be deprioritised; sources with strong conversion are worth doubling down on.
Configuring sources
Available sources are configured under Reference → Lists. Marketing source is a free-text field on the enquiry but you can keep it consistent by using URL parameters on forms (?marketing_source=...).
