Conversion rates at each stage of the pipeline.
Sales Funnel
The Sales Funnel report visualises how leads progress through the pipeline, with conversion rates between each stage. Use it to spot bottlenecks (e.g. lots of new enquiries but few being qualified) and to compare team or channel performance.
What it shows
A funnel chart with the following stages by default:
- New enquiries: All enquiries created in the period.
- Qualified: Of those, how many were qualified.
- Quote Started: Of qualified, how many became bookings.
- Confirmed: Of bookings, how many received first payment.
- Authorised: Of confirmed, how many were authorised.
Between each stage the conversion rate is shown as a percentage.
Filters
- Date range: Period over which to count enquiries created.
- Owner / salesperson.
- Source / marketing source: Filter by channel.
- Tags.
Funnel metric preference
Your organisation can configure whether the funnel uses Qualified → Confirmed or New → Confirmed as the headline conversion under Organisation Settings.
Drill-through
Click any stage in the funnel to open the underlying list of enquiries or bookings at that stage.
