AI Settings
The AI Settings page is where admins configure how AI features behave across the organisation. For a feature-level walkthrough see AI Features.
What you can configure
- AI provider: Where multiple providers are supported, choose which to use.
- Feature toggles: Enable or disable specific AI features (Doc Intelligence, text generation, semantic search, chat, custom reports) for your organisation.
- Usage limits: Soft caps to prevent unexpected usage spikes.
- Default language / tone: Used by text generation if not otherwise specified.
Usage and quota
The page shows your current usage against the plan's included AI quota:
- Document Intelligence runs this month.
- Text generation tokens / calls.
- Chat conversations.
- Custom report generations.
When approaching a quota limit a warning banner appears in the relevant areas.
Data handling
A summary of data handling and retention settings is shown here. Sensitive customer and supplier data is processed only for the purpose of the immediate AI request and is not used to train models outside your organisation.
Permissions
Configuring AI usually requires the permission to manage integrations (admin).
